Please carefully follow the instructions below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Set up an Author Account<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>First, you will need to set up an account (username and password) as an author.<br>Go to&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/easychair.org\/conferences\/?conf=mesa2022\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>https:\/\/easychair.org\/conferences\/?conf=mesa2022<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;and click on &#8220;<strong>Create an account<\/strong>&#8220;<br>To create an EasyChair account you should have a valid email address and do the following.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>pass a captcha to prove that you are not a robot;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fill out a simple form with your personal information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>follow the link we send to your email address to complete the account creation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Paper Submission<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>After logging in to the EasyChair website for IEEE\/ASME 2022, you may click on &#8220;<strong>Make a new submission<\/strong>&#8221; under the role of Author.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Select the track relevant for your submission and click &#8220;Continue&#8221;.<br>Complete the submission procedure filling out the forms &#8220;<strong>Author Information<\/strong>&#8220;, &#8220;<strong>Title and Abstract<\/strong>&#8220;, &#8220;<strong>Keywords<\/strong>&#8221; (at least three, one per line) and &#8220;<strong>Files<\/strong>&#8221; (5-6 pages &#8211; in pdf).<br>Click on &#8220;<strong>Submit<\/strong>&#8221; to conclude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Paper Review and Final Paper<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Submitted papers will be evaluated by at least two (2) peer reviewers, who judge the paper according to the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Relevance to the conference topics;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quality of presentation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Significance of treated topic;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Novelty of the given contribution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>When the review process has been completed, authors receive a notification of either acceptance or rejection of the submission.
