All conference attendees (including on-site and remote) must register.<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At least one “non-student author” should be registered for one accepted paper by <\/b><\/mark>November 7, 2022<\/mark> and it has to be presented in the conference<\/mark>, otherwise; the paper will not be published in the conference proceedings. For each “non-student author”, at most two papers could be submitted (i.e. second paper is free). Any additional paper(s) will be charged 200 USD per paper (i.e. 3rd, 4th, … papers are 200 USD each).<\/mark><\/strong> Every paper MUST be presented on-site or remotely or it will be considered as “no-show” and won’t be published in the proceedings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Personal badges will be provided to identify registered on-site participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All registered on-site participants will receive admission to the welcome reception<\/strong>, conference dinner<\/strong> and lunches<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A handbag<\/strong>, a program book<\/strong>, souvenirs<\/strong>, and a USB of conference proceedings<\/strong> will be given to every registered participants (international shipping to remote participants).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registration fees are shown in the table below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registrants who are members of IEEE\/ASME may register at the Member rate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The reduced rate applies to current student and IEEE\/ASME members who are the first author.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation Policy<\/mark><\/strong>
To cancel your registration, please notify the secretariat of IEEE\/ASME MESA 2022 at the following address: potinglin@mail.ntust.edu.tw<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refunds will be made if cancellation occurs by November 10, 2022<\/mark><\/strong>, with processing fee of 100 USD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No refund will be made after November 10, 2022<\/mark><\/strong> or for “no show”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All refunds will be issued within 30 days after the conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Important note for failed visa applications: Notification must be received by us in writing (email to potinglin@mail.ntust.edu.tw) not later than November 10, 2022<\/mark><\/strong> for refunds to be eligible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellations received after this registration cut-off time will not be eligible for refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No refund is granted for “no-show”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For remote participants, unable to present the paper at the correct time equals to “no-show”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
